Sheila B. Jones, M.Ed.



Sheila Jones, a private and public high school educator for over 25 years, earned her Master of Education degree in Secondary School Guidance from McDaniel College in 1982. She has continued post graduate work in Psychology at Immaculata University.

Ms. Jones holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Spanish Education. She has taught high school Spanish and French, and worked as a guidance counselor. While teaching, Ms. Jones also worked as a counselor for International Studies, organizing trips abroad for high school students.

Ms. Jones is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of College Admission Counseling (PACAC), and a member of Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA). Ms. Jones is also a member of Higher Education Consultants Association (HECA) and National Association of College Admission Counseling (NACAC). In 2005, Ms. Jones completed IECA's program for Educational Consultants at the Practices and Principles Training Institute at Johns Hopkins University.

In the community, Ms. Jones serves as a board member of the Manheim Township Educational Foundation and the College Bound Program for members of San Juan Bautista.

Cheryl M. Bell, Ed.D.


Cheryl Bell, a public school educator for over 25 years, completed her doctorate degeree in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University in 2003. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Mathematics and a Master of Education degree in Secondary School Guidance. Dr. Bell has earned additional Pennsylvania certifications in Supervisor of School Guidance Services, supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction and Administrative Certification for Secondary Principal.

Dr. Bell is an elected member to the Middle States Regional Council of the College Board serving as an academic representative for the Middle States Region. She also provides AP Coordinator Training as a consultant for the College Board.

Dr. Bell holds membership in the National Association of Secondary School Principals, Pennsylvania School Counselor Association, Pennsylavania Association for Elementary and Secondary School Principals, Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, National Association for College Admission Counseling and Pennsylvania Middle School Association.
